    1. Add the condition of your jewelry to your order notes and complete the order.

    2. Send your jewelry to our offices at Av Via Augusta 15, Building A1, Floor 1, Office 16. Sant Cugat del Vallès 08174.

    3. Once we receive your jewelry, we'll send it to a workshop where they'll assess its condition and assess any additional costs if it's missing or severely damaged. If any additional costs are required, we'll call you to inform you. You must pay the additional amount via Bizum or bank transfer.

    4. As soon as it's ready, we'll send it back to the address you provided in your order details. No shipping costs will be charged.
