Do the pendants include the pendant holder?
Yes. All our pendants include a complimentary pendant holder, so you can easily combine them with different chains and add versatility to your pieces. The chains, on the other hand, include an extender, which allows you to adjust the length and play with different heights depending on the look. Everything is designed so you can get the most out of each piece of jewelry and combine it with your style.
Can you get jewelry wet?
Our jewelry is made with quality materials and a good gold plating, so it can withstand occasional contact with water. However, to keep them in perfect condition for longer, we do not recommend exposing them to perfumes, vapors, creams, or direct and frequent contact with water (shower, pool, or sea). These are very good quality pieces, but the durability of a piece of jewelry will always depend on the care it receives. With proper maintenance, you can enjoy them for a long time.
What material is the jewelry made of?
Our jewels are high-end fashion jewelry, designed and handcrafted in Spain. Most of them are made of brass with a 22-carat gold plating, which gives them a bright and durable finish. We use Swarovski® crystals or high-quality zircons, depending on the model, to achieve an exceptional sparkle. In addition, our pearl pieces incorporate natural freshwater pearls, carefully selected for their beauty and quality.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €79 in the Peninsula. All countries have the possibility of free shipping above a certain spend. Check the Shipping Policies.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, all our jewelry can be exchanged or returned, provided it is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The only exception is personalized pieces, as these are made especially for each customer and cannot be exchanged or returned.
