Manufacturing of Customizations

MANUFACTURING TIMES FOR CUSTOMIZATION:

Customizations will begin production once payment has been received. To the production time, you must add the shipping time to the selected shipping address.

  • XL Initials: 3 weeks (Orders placed between 07/15 and 09/01 will NOT be processed until 09/15 in order of order)
  • Mini Initials: 1 week
  • Create your Cross: 2 weeks
  • Create your Icon: 2 weeks

PAYMENT METHODS FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

When ordering a personalized product and selecting the CASH ON DELIVERY payment method, you must change it later and make the payment in advance (Transfer, Bizum or card)

SHIPPING TIMES FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS :

If payment is made before 12 noon, processing will begin on the same day. If payment is made after 12 noon, processing will begin the following day.

Peninsula (mainland Spain, Portugal): 3 business days

Balearic Islands: Between 3 and 5 working days.

Ceuta: Between 3 and 5 business days.

    Melilla: Between 3 and 5 business days.

      Andorra: Between 3 and 5 business days.

        Canary Islands: Between 4 and 10 working days.

        Europe (EU): Between 3 and 10 business days.

        Europe (Outside the EU): Between 3 and 10 business days.

          United States: Between 3 and 10 business days.

            America (Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Costa Rica, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Martinique, Nicaragua, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Canada, Mexico, Ecuador, El Salvador, Uruguay): Between 3 and 20 business days.

              Rest of the world: Between 15 and 20 business days.
