Repairs
At L by Lilo, we consider repairs to be any repair of a broken or worn part or modifications to the length of a chain after 14 days. Repairs are only available in the peninsula. To request a repair, you must select the repair product ( link here ) and follow these steps:
- 1. Place your order, indicating the condition of your jewelry in the order notes and specifying the desired alteration. (For chains, please tell us the exact measurement and whether you'd like us to send you the remaining material. Otherwise, the remaining material will remain in the workshop.)
- 2. Send your jewelry to the workshop.
- 3. Once we receive your jewelry, we'll send it to the workshop, where we'll assess its condition and assess any additional costs if it's missing or severely damaged. If any additional costs are required, we'll call you to inform you. You must pay the additional amount via Bizum or bank transfer.
- 4. Once it's ready, we'll send it back to the address you provided in your order details.
