Terms of Service – Mobile Messaging (SMS and WhatsApp)

1. Program Description
L BY LILO offers a mobile communication program via SMS and/or WhatsApp to inform you about orders, cart reminders, new releases, promotions, stock alerts, and customer service.
2. Message Types
- Transactional: order confirmations, shipping/delivery updates, and issues.
- Cart Reminders: timely messages when you start a purchase and don't complete it.
- Marketing: news, new releases, discounts, and personalized recommendations.
3. Frequency
Frequency is variable. For abandoned carts, between 1 and 3 reminders per event. For marketing, typically 1–4 messages per week, which may increase during special periods (e.g., sales or Black Friday). You can manage or cancel at any time.
4. Consent and Eligibility
By subscribing, you provide your number and agree to receive messages from L BY LILO. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The service is intended for individuals over 16 years of age. If we detect an incorrect subscription, we may cancel it.
5. Costs and Availability
Standard charges from your carrier may apply for sending/receiving messages. Availability may be affected by your carrier and/or coverage; L BY LILO is not responsible for delays or technical failures beyond its control.
6. Opt-Out and Help
- SMS: Reply STOP to cancel. For assistance, reply AYUDA or HELP.
- WhatsApp: Type BAJA or STOP to cancel. For assistance, type AYUDA.

7. Privacy and Data
We process your data in accordance with GDPR/LOPDGDD and our Privacy Policy. We may process identification and contact information (phone number, name), transactional data (e.g., order status), interaction metrics (opens, clicks), and technical data (date/time, message identifiers). We retain evidence of consent and opt-outs.
8. Providers and Transfers
We use messaging and marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify/Klaviyo/SMS provider/WhatsApp Business) that act as data processors. If they provide services outside the EEA (e.g., USA), we apply appropriate safeguards (SCCs/DPF). We do not sell your data.
9. Profiling
We may perform segmentation (e.g., purchase history, message interaction, cart status) to personalize content and offers. You can object by sending an email to info@lbylilo.com.
10. Modifications
We may update these terms. We will publish the current version with its update date. If the changes are substantial, we will notify you through reasonable channels.
