    MANUFACTURING AND DELIVERY TIMES FOR CUSTOMIZATIONS AND RESERVATIONS:

    Customizations and out-of-stock products will begin to be manufactured once payment for the order has been made. To the manufacturing time, you must add the shipping time for the selected shipping address.

    • XL Initials: 3 weeks (Orders placed between 07/15 and 09/01 will NOT be processed until 09/15 in order of receipt)
    • Mini Initials: 1 week
    • Create your Cross: 2 weeks
    • Create your Icon: 2 weeks
    • Standard out-of-stock product: 1 week

    TRACKING:

    To know the status of your jewelry and to sweeten the wait, you will receive this email chain: 

    • New order: The first email you will receive will be the New Order email. If you have chosen Bank Transfer or Bizum as your payment method, you will also receive a complementary email with the corresponding invoice. You will have 48 hours to make the payment.
    • Payment error: If something went wrong during the payment process (remember that banks now require double verification for card payments), you will receive an email indicating this.
    • Ready to ship: You will receive this email as soon as your shipping label is created. Your package will leave the workshop shortly after.
    • On its way: You will receive this email once the courier has your package and it will indicate the approximate day and time you will receive it.
    • Delivered/Ready for pickup: You will receive this email once you have received your order at the indicated address or once it has arrived at the indicated courier office.
