EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY


Can products be exchanged or returned?


Yes, you can exchange or return any product, except for personalized products (including initials, zodiac signs, or any customized piece) and products from the OUTLET section.

TIME LIMIT
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

EXCHANGES


First exchange is free for Peninsula (Spain, Portugal, Andorra) and EU.
For other countries, exchanges are at the customer's expense (for logistical reasons).

How to request an exchange:

  1. Fill out the form at: https://returns.itsrever.com/lbylilo

  2. Package the item in its original packaging, in perfect condition.

  3. Send it following Rever's instructions.

Reception hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm | Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.

Once received and reviewed, we will send you a personalized voucher for the amount of the exchanged items (excluding shipping costs).

RETURNS


Returns are always at the customer's expense.

How to return an item:

  1. Fill out the form at: https://returns.itsrever.com/lbylilo

  2. Package the item in perfect condition, with its original box and all included elements.

  3. Send it to the same address indicated above.

The estimated processing time is 15 calendar days. Once the return is processed, you will receive a refund (excluding shipping and return costs).

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS


Exchanges or returns will only be accepted if the items arrive in perfect condition and without signs of use.
Personalized products can only be exchanged or returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
If the return is at the customer's discretion, they must cover shipping and any customs fees.
In case of rejection of a cash-on-delivery package or payment upon receipt, if the cancellation has not been previously notified before the jewel is prepared or made, the customer must pay the shipping cost within a maximum of 48 hours.
