Legal Basis of the Raffle
1. Company organizing the draw

2.Purpose of the draw
The purpose of this giveaway is to reward L by Lilo's Instagram followers for their loyalty.
3. Geographical scope and participants
These promotions have an international scope.
4. Temporal scope
The promotion period will begin on August 27, 2021 at 9:00 p.m. and will end on September 10, 2021, at 8:00 PM. It will only be held through L by Lilo's Instagram page and in compliance with these legal terms.
5.Participants
Residents of Spain may participate in it free of charge and voluntarily. Those over 18 years of age, previously registered on the Instagram social network with a single real username, and who follow L by Lilo. They must actively participate in the sweepstakes according to the procedures set forth in this document. L by Lilo employees and direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the promotion or in the printing of the corresponding materials, as well as their first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes.
Should such a circumstance arise, L by Lilo will automatically discard these entries. L by Lilo is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by participants or for being unable to contact participants and/or winners if the information provided is incorrect or contains errors.
This promotion aims to ensure that competition among participants is conducted with equal opportunities and strict adherence to the rules of good faith. For this reason, L by Lilo reserves the right to automatically and immediately exclude from the promotion any participant who violates the rules of good faith, engages in mendacious or inappropriate conduct, uses fraudulent means, or fails to comply with these Rules in any way. Should irregularities be detected after any of the prizes have been awarded, L by Lilo reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against the perpetrator or responsible party, including, but not limited to, the return of the prizes.
6.DRAWING
There will be a prize among the people who:
1) MENTION 2 friends in the comments (you can do this several times as long as the people mentioned are not repeated)
2) Become a follower of our Instagram profile.
7. Promotion mechanics
Starting on the first day of the promotion and continuing through the last day, Instagram followers who mention two people in the comments and follow L by Lilo will be eligible to participate in the giveaway.
8. PRIZE
The prize will be a €150 voucher to spend on the website www.lbylilo.com
9.Mechanics of awarding prizes
It will be through the EasyPromos platform, it will be a random draw.
The winner authorizes their Instagram name to be published on L by Lilo's social media channels. The winner will be notified via a private message on Instagram and a mention in the story where the sweepstakes is announced. If the winner violates the rules of this sweepstakes or cannot be located within the timeframes outlined in these rules, the prize to which they were entitled will be forfeited.
Participants must not include comments that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, or that infringe, violate, or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, and we must warn you of the consequences and liabilities you may incur if you make illicit or fraudulent use of these rights. L by Lilo will act immediately upon a report or suspicion of intellectual property rights infringements, or upon any content that may be deemed inappropriate, and will proceed to remove it immediately and may request the permanent blocking of the offending user.
L by Lilo declines all responsibility for the consequences that the voluntary, consented, and deliberate display by the user of their comments may have on themselves, their family, friends and/or associates, or other third parties, or for the dissemination or display of the same by themselves or by third parties, or its reproduction, including on other websites, blogs, social networks, or any other medium, support, or method of exploitation, whether digital or not, online or offline, given that both the publication of comments or the insertion of illustrations and texts, as well as their disclosure or dissemination to third parties, are entirely voluntary, consented to, and unsolicited. Therefore, the participant will be directly liable, holding L by Lilo harmless, for any claim, complaint, or demand from third parties in relation to the violation or infringement of possible rights that may arise from the texts or materials that a user has published. Any images that violate the "Terms of Use" published on www.lbylilo.com or violate these rules will also be discarded.
10.Contact with the winner
The winner will be contacted on September 10th via a mention in the contest's story and a direct message on their Instagram profile. The winner must contact L by Lilo within one day to provide their information and receive the €150 voucher.
If the winner does not respond within the indicated day, L by Lilo reserves the right to name a new winner, following the procedure described in this article. If the new winner also does not respond, L by Lilo may declare the prize void.
11.Unlink from Instagram
Instagram in no way sponsors, endorses, administers, or is associated with this promotion. The user completely disassociates himself from Instagram and understands that he is providing his information to L by Lilo and not to Instagram. The information he provides will only be used to process the participant's participation and to communicate the prize if he or she wins. The user completely disassociates himself or herself from Instagram.
12.Taxation
The holding of the planned draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.
13.Acceptance of the bases
Simply participating implies full acceptance of these rules. Therefore, any statement of non-acceptance will result in the exclusion of the participant and, as a result, L by Lilo will be released from the obligation it has with said participant. By accepting the prize, the winner assumes all expenses incurred, except those expressly included in the promotion in question, as well as any liability that may arise from the collection and use of said prize. Therefore, the winner will be responsible for all taxes incurred or expenses not specifically mentioned in these rules.
14. Intellectual property rights
L by Lilo reserves the right to use the names and images of the winning participants, as well as all participants, for advertising purposes in any media it deems appropriate and without explicit notification.
15. Personal data
In accordance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, participants are informed that the personal data they provide will be incorporated into a personal data file owned by the organizing company. These data will be used and processed, in addition to participating in the raffle, for the research, promotion, and marketing of L by Lilo services, which will include sending commercial communications, including by electronic means. 16. Applicable law and competent courts
The law applicable to this promotional draw is Spanish law, and the courts competent to hear any conflict or controversy are the Courts of the city of Barcelona.
